Qingdao Team Building Trip – Uniting Strengths, Continuing the Glory

We first visited the Qingdao Beer Museum to gain an in-depth understanding of the development history of this national brand and to experience its long-standing cultural heritage. The rich exhibitions and vivid explanations within the museum gave us a deeper understanding of the brewing process and brand story of Qingdao Beer. Afterwards, we visited the Qingdao Beer Factory, where we observed the beer production process up close. Through the detailed explanations from the professionals, we were left with a profound impression of this exquisite manufacturing process, and many employees even expressed a desire to apply this pursuit of excellence to their own work.

In addition, we also visited the beautiful Island Park to enjoy the charming ocean scenery of Qingdao. Facing the surging waves, we breathed in the fresh sea breeze, fully relaxing our bodies and minds, truly experiencing the charm of nature. Team members played and frolicked on the beach, sharing joy and laughter with each other. This not only strengthened the bonds between colleagues but also allowed everyone to enjoy the beauty of life amidst the busy work schedule. This firsthand experience gave us a new understanding and deep emotional connection to this coastal city.

Through this team building activity, we enhanced communication and interaction between departments, alleviated work pressure, and achieved a balance between work and rest. Team members supported each other and collaborated during the activities, greatly enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the entire team, injecting new vitality into the company's future development.
